About our coach: Christophe Kabacinski has been an official full-time SAS training Consultant at SAS Belgium during 4 years; beside his pedagogical skills, he master almost all the official SAS courses and has more than 8 years of field experience as a SAS consultant. Christophe is also guest lecturer at the University of Louvain and hold the course of SAS advanced programming.

Step by step approach

At BeOptimized, we developped a coaching methodology based on practice where we use real examples to explain theory. The examples are based on the SASHELP library and doesn't have long introductive scenarios nor subjects not adapted to your needs: we go right to the point with selected topics in order to save your precious time. We work basically like this:
  • A meeting is organised at your office to introduce ourself, discuss your problematic/idea and define a target and schedule. In this meeting:
    • An evaluation of the SAS knowledge level of your employee is done in order to have a good overview of your profile and your working environment.
    • Target and list of individual SAS lessons are defined on the basis of our SAS tips and tricks catalog.
  • When the coaching start:
    • Selected SAS tips and tricks slides are presented,
    • Demonstrations are executed together by the coach and by the employee in order to validate the concepts,
    • Then we see how those new concepts can be integrated in order to solve your problematic/idea.
    • We continu with the next SAS tips and tricks that will help you to reach your target.
  • When SAS tips and tricks are not sufficient to reach the target, they are developped by the coach.
  • BeOptimized propose a free support up to one month on all the topics presented during the coaching.
In order to optimize the knowledge transfer, all the coaching are individual. Tips and tricks sessions can be organized on demand for group of employees (at your office or in our business center). Note that on a monthly basis, tips and tricks are presented at our business center.
